~More Stitched Flowers & Sentiments~

Another quick little creation I forgot to show you yesterday, featuring Stitched Sentiments & Stitched Flowers stamp sets, designed by Nina B.

I stamped this lovely little flower on some patterned paper & then cut it out. Surprisingly, it didn't take as long as I suspected it would, which is a really great thing!
It means that this will become one of my newest favourite go-to sets to create teensy flowers any time I need to add a bit of a floral touch!

The sentiment on this card is just another example of all the lovely bits you can find in the Stitched Sentiment stamp set

And with all the thank you cards I've been making lately, this little set will surely come in handy! :)

Hope you all have a lovely day!!!
I'll be back tomorrow!

~God's Blessings~

Today I am featuring a beautiful stamp set designed by the lovely Karen Baker, God's Blessings.

Having spent many years working in Scrapbook retail, I know just how difficult it can be to find specific themes of papers, stamps and embellies.

That is what I love about TCM and today's stamp specifically. It is often a theme that is so hard to find elsewhere!
Not only does this stamp set make it easy to create baptism, confirmation, etc cards...It is such a classy set that it can be used time and time again!

Here is my card featuring today's stamp set and some lovely Prima paper:

You can check out this beautiful stamp set here, and all the lovely sentiments.

Today's post is a quick one, but I will be back again tomorrow!
{I told ya I had lots to show you!}
:)

See you soon!

~Stitched Flowers & Stitched Sentiments~
I looooove both of the stamp sets I am featuring today, especially because both feature stitched elements!

First up, a lovely set designed by Nina B, Stitched Sentiments

I have a feeling these will become my new 'regularly used' stamp set!

Here is my card:

Lately, I've been so busy, and a lot of the friends that I normally see rather frequently, I feel I've really neglected. Not only do I feel like an awful friend for doing so, but I genuinely miss the fun times and our visits...Not being able to have time for visiting has been somewhat of an adjustment for me.

I know my friends are all so understanding, but I can't help to feel that a little 'thinking of you' or 'miss you' note might be just the thing to tie things over until we can get back to our usual :)

It was so perfect when I saw the lovely Stitched Sentiments, and the 'miss you so much' note.
It had my hamster wheel turning right away!

For this card, I used a few layers of soft paper, and stamped the sentiment in black so that it would stand out
against the subtle background.

I really love the font in this stamp set and all the other sweet sentiments. I also think that the size of the sentiments is perfect for card making. Not too little, not too big. Just perfect!
This set is definitely a keeper & is going in my fave pile!

I finished off the card with some chevron striped tape at the top and bottom, to tie in the yellow accents.

Next up, another gorgeous stamp feature by Nina B, Stitched Flowers. Here is my creation

For this card, I incorporated the stitched flower just underneath the fluffy Prima flower. I also added a sentiment from the Oh Deer stamp set.

I love that this set comes with plenty of options for stitched flowers. Whether you keep them the way the are, or cut the flowers from the stems, you have so many options for larger and smaller flowers.
I am excited to try the flowers in some of my scrapbook layouts, where I can create layers upon layers of stitched flowers.

The other super awesome thing that I love about these flowers, is their button centers!!! You can't see it in the picture above, but if you check the stamp set out here, you will see all the button gloriousness!
How cute!

So that is it for today friends.
I am back again tomorrow with more!

See you then!

~Lovely Labels 14~

Back again!
This time, I am showing a card created with a gorgeous & timeless set designed by another one of our brand new stamp designers, Elizabeta Kushner!!!

Here is my creation with Lovely Labels 14:

If you are looking for one versatile stamp set, then this is sure to satisfy!
This stamp set has a variation of beautiful frames (which all coordinate with the Spellbinders Labels 14 dies) and a collection of sentiments that can be added inside the frames or used separately.
I love it when a stamp set has so many possibilities!

For this card, I stamped one of the frames and cut out the inside as well as the outside.
I also stamped one of the pretty blossoms and fussy cut around it as well.

I used the lovely Prima Almanac paper collection, and some of my trusty liquid pearls.

I have already started to think of all the ways I could use these beautiful labels...Thank you, Eli, for such a gorgeous and fun set!

I am back here again tomorrow with more!
See you then!

~Oh Deer~

I have been long awaiting a summer-y stamp set from TCM and today I get to show you yet another creation I've made using one of the  most adorable sets of this year (IMHO)!

Summer Fun was designed by Kaitlyn Ord, and both the card I showed yesterday, and the one I am showing today, are two of my personal faves from this release!

For those of you who know me & my scrapbooking style, you might say that this stamp set is completely out of my comfort zone, and you would be a little bit right.
What you might not know, is just how much I looooooove summertime and anything to do with it!
Because of this and because I can customize these beautiful stamps in any color combination I wish, I can still get away with my signature girly look, while having fun with this set!

So here is the second card I created with the Summer Fun stamp set:

So fun, right?! I looooooooove the bbq stamps (both the image & wording)...So often I want to send out casual invites for summer parties, or bbq's...But finding the right paper is always so difficult! This way, I combine colors & papers I like and add the graphics with the stamps!

The other thing I've really started to notice with  my TCM stamps is just how incredibly well they are made.
The quality of the acrylic is like no other!

When I used to get patchy spots, I always thought it was the stamps fault. I didn't realize that with the right ink, the well made stamps would perform better, and that this would bring the stamped images to life, with crisper edges, more saturated impressions, and finer details.

I've started using the Ranger Archival Ink for any of my black stamping because when combined with TCM stamps, the image quality is fantastic.
{I've used this ink on lesser quality stamps, and the 'wow' factor doesn't quite seem to be there.}
An added benefit, is that the ink is also waterproof, so it is perfect for Copic coloring or Distress Ink blending!

Next up, I've got a creation featuring a beautiful stamp set by Amy Wanford, who is one of our newest stamp designers!
HUGE welcome to Aimes!
Her creations are so beautiful and I am so excited to see her artwork come to life in the form of beautiful stamps!

Here is my card featuring Amy's Oh Deer stamp set & a beautiful sentiment from Nina's Stitched Sentiments stamp set!

Again, a bit of a departure from my style, but soooooooo incredibly cute!!!
I also love how the stamps all work so well together!
If you can see in the above picture, I added the 'Hello, how are you?' sentiment from the Stitched Sentiment set, and then the 'deer' from the Oh Deer set.

The papers on both cards are from My Mind's Eye, from the Follow your Heart collection.

I am rushing off again, but I will be back tomorrow!
I've got many more projects to show!

Hugs,

*Ivana*

The weekend was full of fun & lots of girly time, but unfortunately no scrappy time.
So, I'm here today instead, to show you one of the creations, and I will be back again for the next few days to show you the rest!

Here is a project I created using the Summer Fun stamp set, designed by Kaitlyn Ord.

I looooove summertime, and anything scrapbook-related that celebrates this awesome season, gets my thumbs-up of approval!

This set features a few awesome summery images like the pretty beach ball, along with a few rockin summer sayings. You can view the full stamp set here, which is yours FREE with any $50 purchase from TCM!

Luckily, the weather has started to look up for us in the past few days, so this stamp set's timing couldn't be better! I can't wait to see what I can do with it on my beachy scrapbook layouts!

I am off to catch a few rays & maybe snap a few summery shots... I will meet you back here tomorrow with another creation!

A baby card + tag duo featuring the gorgeous label stamp & precious butterflies!

For the butterflies, I stamped onto white cardstock and embossed the butterflies in a tan, yellow and mint color. I thought this pretty Simple Stories paper was just the perfect match, along with this beautiful My Mind's Eye paper

I love all the gorgeous detailing in this stamp set. I think that the embossing really helps to bring it out.

~A Birthday Wish~

Another belated birthday card today to help me catch up!

I had so much fun making this quick & easy card!
I used the lovely floral images from the Flower Garden stamp set by TCM
and some pretty papers from the Prima Almanac collection.

Cutting the little ticket letters out of paper wasn't nearly as challenging as I thought it would be, and I love how they look!

I have one more project to show you, so I`ll be back again tomorrow with another little creation!
See you back here!

~Belated Birthdays~

May & June are always busy months for me in terms of birthdays.

Not only is my birthday in June, but almost every family member, friend and even my dog, happen to have birthdays around this time of year.

Normally, I like to be on time with birthday cards and wishes, but this year has posed a bit of a challenge for me in terms of staying on track...Along with the craziness of the wedding, I somehow lost track of time, and now I am completely behind with b-day cards!

So I have a couple of belated cards to create...And this is one of them!

I used this Prima paper and the Retro Foundations stamp set from The Craft`s Meow.

I have another card to share for tomorrow. Hope you can join me!

~Father's Day~

Back for another quick post today!

With Father`s Day approaching, I thought I`d better create a little something for my sweet pops.
The beautiful TCM `For My Dad` stamp set was just the perfect thing for this little card!

I know there are a few somewhat girly elements on this card like the lace and the punched design, but I really like the contrast of these delicate bits with the bold black details and patterned Prima paper

I think I will use this little card as a giftbag tag, or perhaps a giftcard holder.
Must go shopping and find something for my awesome dad :)

Coming back tomorrow with another creation!
See you here!

~Wedding Shower~

Hi Everyone! Last time I checked in, it was just before we left home for the weekend for my bridal shower. It was a crazy fun weekend, with many good laughs, visits with family, friends and familiar faces I had not seen in a long while.

It was such a beautiful weekend weather-wise, and we got to take some pictures in our back yard after spending the morning getting all 'prettied-up'.

I have a full blog post on the weekend's events in my bridal journal, and you can check it out here!
For now, I am busy making these to send out to all the wonderful girls that made it out to my two showers!

I also have a series of mini cards to show you that I`ve created using some beautiful Prima paper and my lovely TCM stamps!

Today`s card is a little number for a special someone in my life.
As a friend, she does so much for me, is always there for me when I need her, and I am so thankful for her support & love.

I've used this beautiful Prima paper and a white Prima bloom.

The stamp is from the Grads & Dads TCM set, and you can pick one up for yourself here!

Apologies for the short post today...So much to get accomplished :)
Thanks for joining me, hope to see you again tomorrow as I show my next little creation!
