TCM Reveal Day

~TCM February Reveal Blog Hop~

'Tis the day we've all been waiting for!
Today is the official kick-off to the TCM February Reveal Blog Hop, and if you've arrived from Clare's blog, then you are in the right place!
If not, you can head back to the TCM blog for a full list of stops on the hop. By leaving comments on each of the blogs on this hop, you will increase your chances of winning a GRAND PRIZE of all of the beautiful new stamp sets!
You can see all of the stamp sets of this release right here, on the TCM blog

Today's post is somewhat of a sad one for me personally, as it is my last post with The Craft's Meow. I have loved every moment I've worked with the wonderful design team, and the beautiful stamps. I truly adore TCM, but as with all things in life, there always comes time for a new chapter and a new adventure. And that time has come for me, too.

I want to thank you, Lisa, for a wonderful 2 years and for being the most incredible team leader! A big thanks to all the designers that create beautiful artwork month after month for us to play with...You are all so incredibly talented! And a HUGE thank you to the design team for being a constant source of inspiration for me.

Before I get too sappy, I want to show you two projects today, and the girls have all created lovely and inspiring creations to share with you as well, so sit back and enjoy all that there is to see and win today!

My first creation is a card, which can also be used as a tag.
I traced a template onto a pretty floral paper, and cut it out.

To embellish the top of the card, I added a heart pin (which I dipped in white paint), a vintage button and a felt die-cut heart.

I also die-cut two strips of this beautiful heart border, one out of a soft blue paper and one out of white cardstock, which I stamped with a text stamp from the TCM Easter Blessings stamp set. I just adore how this looks!

To the bottom, I added a chipboard circle, and a light blue frame die-cut.
To the bottom of the frame, I added a few colorful pennants, buttons, and stamped hearts.
The sentiment is from the Easter Blessings stamp set, fussy cut out of white cardstock.

This next card is one of my favorites! I love mixing oodles of layers and details, with soft pastel colors. I think the two balance each other so nicely and the result is always a harmonious creation.

The top of the card features an embossed chipboard phrase, as well as colorful pennants cut out of patterned paper, and teensy stamped hearts.

Just below there, I added scalloped label stamped with a text stamp from the Easter Blessings set, and a punched paper lace border.

I stamped the sentiments for this card using the Easter Blessings and Rejoice stamp sets. I love how the sets can be combined to come up with new images, sentiments and so much more.
Of course, there are plenty of other little trinkets on this card, such as buttons, liquid pearls, layers of papers, banners and hearts, just to name a few...But they are all the usual suspects, so I won't bore you with the details :)

I have two more pictures to share of my nephew...Be on the look-out for a brand new blog I'll be launching in the next little bit, focusing on my other love...Photography :)

Thank you all for joining us today and I hope  you will get a chance to visit the other blogs on this hop! Your next stop is Gayatri's blog!

To be entered into the draw for the GRAND PRIZE of all of the sets from this release, simply leave a comment on each blog you visit on this hop. The more blogs you comment on, the better chance you have of winning!

Good luck and wishing you all a beautiful day.
