First up...

~You Belong Among the Flowers~

I created this layout of my sweet little niece using the gorgeous Bo Bunny Gabrielle papers and mixture of flowers in the kit...I couldn't help adding a little bit of white paint and a few spritz of Glimmer Mist to the beautiful cream text print of the paper.
That's what I love about this stunning line...It really lends itself to endless creative possibilities...Whether you keep the paper as is, or alter it, I think you'll have a blast playing with it :)

While I left a part of the title untouched, I painted over the gorgeous font for the other portion of the title in order to create a contrast between the letters and my background...I also added some white paint to the papers, flowers and even to the little cherub designs on the beautiful coral patterned paper...

I cut a portion of the title that was beautifully printed on one of the stickers and decided to improvise the rest of the title (you, flowers) with the larger individual letters...I love the way it fills up the space on the layout :)

I used a bit more white paint to cover the darker parts of the flowers, and added soft, white butterflies to complete the garden :)

~Birthday Wishes~

I loved the colours of my first layout, so I used the scraps I had left over to come up with this card! I love the pale, whitewashed effect these papers take on when all the light colours are paired up...The gorgeous Petaloo flowers look amazing with the Gabrielle collection...Highlighting the soft features of the beautiful papers...

~So Precious~

I wanted to create a layout without the coral tones, focusing in on the yellow and teal, since it is one of my favorite color combos :)

I cut out the gorgeous butterfly designs from the patterned paper to embellish little bits around the page...

I used a few of the Petaloo flowers and covered the darker spots with some white paint...I did the same thing with the letters as they were a coral pink to begin with and I did not want any of that colour showing through on this soft and sunny layout...
You may not be able to see it that well in the picture above, but I used the Prima mask in the kit along with some white paint to create a design right on the patterned paper. Later, as you will see on the layout, I outlined the stenciled image with a brown pen to add some more emphasis to the gorgeous swirls.

~Thinking of You~

Lastly, I used a few more of the glimmered scraps, added in the stunning flower and a cut-out butterfly. To complete the card, I stamped a simple sentiment...

~Hello Springtime~

Finally back after some busy days...I want to share with you a little creation that was inspired by my favourite season....

Do you know what it is?
It's just around the corner...And I can feel my heart melting as the snow slowly recedes...I feel more uplifted as the days linger a bit longer, and I feel ever so slightly happier as the sun makes it's few appearances here and there...Each time longer than the last...

Springtime...My favourite season of all

Here's is my sunny, bright and cheery card...Spreading a little springtime joy

I used My Mind's Eye paper from the Quite Contrary collection and paper from the Webster's Pages Life's Portrait collection. I combined two of my favortive Martha Steward punches, the Double Arches Large Punch and the Lattice Heart Deep Edge Punch.
I used a chipboard piece from the Tattered Angels Regal collection, and some darling liquid pearls in a buttercup yellow.

The Maya Road wings got a light coat of paint and generous sprinkling of shimmery glitter. The Prima flower and wood heart were covered with some white Distress Crackle Paint.

I used crinkled seam binding to tie a bow at the bottom of the card, and a I layered a vintage rhinestone button on a bright yellow button. I added a few liquid pearls to create a totally unique and custom little button.

Thanks for stopping by. Have yourselves a wonderful and happy day.

~My Life...At 25...~ Webster's Pages

I wanted to share this layout I've been working on using the beautiful new collection from
Webster's Pages...Country Estate...

I was inspired by Steph Devlin and a beautiful project she is featuring called Letters to My Children. At 25, I am starting to realize just how beautiful my life is...I am blessed to have a beautiful family, wonderful friends, and a love of my life who means everything to me...I am passionate about my work, and I am so thankful about the way that my life is slowly unraveling...A year ago, I was in completely different shoes...It's funny how life can change so quickly...If you have the will...

So, I wanted to scrapbook this page to document my life at this moment and all that I am thankful for...And hopefully, one day, it will serve as a reminder to my loved ones about what my life was like...At 25. The lessons I've learned, where I came from, the leaps I have made, what the future holds...Is all written in a letter on the back of this page...

Hopefully one day, I will have little ones to make a beautiful book for just like Steph's, but for now, I hope that this captured moment in my life will have some important tales to tell to the ones in my life that matter most...

This layout features a heap of pretty shapes and layers all using some gorgeous new papers from Webster's...
The teal and grey paper is from the Country Estate collection and the green paper is from the Spring Market collection...

I used Webster's Storytellers (Ladies and Gents and Hollywood Vogue) for the title and added a few stamped images on white paper... I glimmered some of the white paper with Olive Vine and Patina glimmer mists, and I used Tattered Angels Glimmer Screens for stenciling on the beautiful paper.

The flowers are by Prima and I've used punches by EK Success and Martha Stewart.

While on the subject of gratitude, I also want to let you all know how thankful I am for each and every one of you who visits my blog, follows my work and supports my creative journey. Your kind words and support...Your love....Your encouragement give me the courage to keep doing what I love and I am so very appreciative of that.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do.

Luv,

*Ivana*

~Wishing You a Happy B-Day~
Webster's Pages

A little card I created for

Steph Devlin

If you don't know Steph, she is a fellow WP DT member and incredibly talented and sweet gal! Hop on over to her amazingly inspiring blog to see all her beautiful work and don't forget to leave her some love :)

I wanted to make a super girlie card for Steph as her style is so feminine and beautiful...So I picked a few pastel colours and used several Webster's Pages collections for this card.
The background of the card, and the pink flower are from the 6x6 Lullaby Lane/Life's Portrait paper pad. I used Lullaby Lane Storyteller Alphas, and a cut-out letter 'A' from a paper in the same collection. The pink sparkler is from the WonderFall collection and the journaling card is from the Lullaby Lane collection.

I made the 'heart flower' by punching out Martha Stewart hearts, crumpling and then layering them. I added in a Prima flower, some pretty twine, ribbon and a super cute tag. I finished off the card with a touch of white liquid pearls.

Hope you had a wonderful B-Day Stephie!
